Erin Lee

Erin Lee has a diverse work experience starting with their role as a Customer Care Representative at TextNow from May 2016 to May 2017. Erin then transitioned to a Marketing Communications Specialist role at TextNow from May 2017 to January 2021, where they developed and implemented influencer marketing and email newsletter marketing strategies. Erin'sresponsibilities included campaign planning, talent acquisition and management, as well as content creation, email design, distribution, and performance analysis. Erin then moved on to become a Marketing Communications Manager at TextNow from January 2021 to February 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Marketing Project Manager at TextNow, starting from February 2023. Prior to their time at TextNow, Erin worked as a Customer Representative at Scotiabank in 2015 and as a Data Archivist at the Ontario Nurses Association from May 2013 to September 2015. Erin also served as an Annual Giving Representative at Wilfrid Laurier University from February 2014 to March 2015.

Erin Lee completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from Wilfrid Laurier University between 2011 and 2015. In 2017, they attended George Brown College and focused on Digital Media Marketing. In 2021, Erin Lee enrolled in the Leadership WTF (Where to focus) program at Communitech Academy. Currently, they are pursuing an Agile Project Management Certification from the University of Toronto, expected to be completed in 2023.
