Lindsay Gibson

Lindsay Gibson is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and management, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at TextNow since May 2024, where leadership encompasses all operations including Customer Care, Fulfillment, Billing, and IT. Prior to this role, Lindsay held various significant positions such as Vice President of Operational Excellence at TD and Vice President of Operations Planning & Execution at Manulife. A substantial tenure at BlackBerry included multiple leadership roles, notably as Vice President of Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and active contributions to eCommerce operations and customer care improvements. Lindsay holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University and a Diploma in Print Journalism from Conestoga College.
