The Management and Administration team at Textown Group is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, organizational development, and day-to-day operations of the company. This includes ensuring quality standards, managing marketing efforts, maintaining financial stability, overseeing human resources and compliance, and optimizing production processes to support the manufacturing of 3 million garments per month.
