Brad Bednar

Brad Bednar, MBA, currently serves as the Service Center Maintenance Manager at Textron Aviation, where leadership responsibilities include overseeing multiple departments and a workforce of approximately 100 employees. With experience in various roles at Textron Aviation, including Project Coordinator and Value Stream Leader, Brad has managed key projects and teams associated with aircraft production and delivery, achieving significant milestones such as the first flights of experimental aircraft. Previous positions include roles at Kautex Textron, AAI Corporation, and Cessna Aircraft Company, where Brad demonstrated expertise in production planning, supply chain management, and cost reduction. Brad holds an MBA from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from Miami University.
