Brian Schroeder

Brian Schroeder is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application modernization and DevOps processes. Currently serving as a Senior IT Architect for the PLM team at Textron Aviation since January 2015, Brian specializes in IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid application architectures within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. Prior to this role, Brian was the IT Manager for Engineering Application Development at Cessna Aircraft Company from June 1998 to February 2024, overseeing a team of developers and managing a diverse portfolio of enterprise applications across multiple environments. Earlier in the career, Brian worked as an Avionics Engineer at Bombardier Aerospace and also held engineering positions that included systems simulation and integration. Brian obtained a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Bethany College.
