Paul Yncera

Paul Yncera is an accomplished aerospace engineering professional with extensive experience in the aviation industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Specialist at Textron Aviation since September 2021, Paul previously worked as an Airworthiness Engineer at Bell Flight and held several key roles at Textron Aviation, including Regional Airworthiness Director for the Americas and Engineering Specialist for International Certification. Prior experience at Cessna Aircraft Company included positions such as Engineering Specialist, Assistant Project Engineer, Systems Group Leader, and Design Engineer. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and has pursued further education in Aerospace Engineering at Wichita State University, along with an Associate's degree in HVAC Construction Technology from Wichita Area Technical College. Early education was completed at Howell Cheney Technical High School, earning a Journeyman certification in Drafting and Design Technology.
