Ruth Yu

Ruth Yu is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer for Textron Aviation since November 2013. Prior to this role, Ruth held the position of Director of Supporting Services at Textron China Inc from June 2003 to October 2013 and was among the first employees in China, contributing significantly to the company's growth from a small team to over 700 staff members. Ruth's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone 3U-Development Co., Ltd from August 1998 to June 2003. Ruth holds an EMBA in Business Administration from both Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School and Fudan University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Language from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
