Ryan Sanders

Ryan Sanders is a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager in the Product Quality Organization at Textron Aviation, with extensive experience in engineering and project management spanning over a decade. Since joining Textron Aviation in May 2013, Ryan has held various roles, including Project Engineer, Program Manager for the CJ4 Gen2 jet, and Flight Control Design Engineer, contributing to the development and certification of multiple Part 23 aircraft. Ryan’s leadership in continuous quality improvement has fostered collaboration across disciplines to meet performance and customer expectations. Ryan also has a background in organizational leadership from serving as Vice President of Programming for Sigma Phi Epsilon and President of ISU Flying Cyclones. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Kansas State University.
