Seth Persons is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as General Manager at Textron Aviation, where leadership extends over a team of 700 members providing OEM maintenance support for Beechcraft, Citation, and Hawker brands since November 2018. Prior experience includes a notable tenure at Cessna Aircraft Company, where roles spanned from Director of Global Field Service to Manager of Field Service Engineering, involving extensive travel and project management in support of customers across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Seth’s background also features key positions such as Customer Service Manager, Field Service Engineer, and MRB Engineer, alongside a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering Technology from LeTourneau University.
