Chad Polman

Chad Polman has had a successful career in the finance and insurance industry. Chad started working at Great American Insurance in 1994 as a Senior Underwriter, where they managed the Western U.S. region and a team of underwriters. In 1999, they joined Cessna Finance Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager, where they exceeded annual production goals by actively identifying, soliciting, and closing aircraft finance transactions. In 2005, they joined Textron Financial as an SVP of Global Finance, overseeing aircraft financing activities in over 60 countries. Chad provided leadership and hands-on transaction management in all aspects of financing and supported Bell at key events and meetings.

Chad Polman completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Financial Management and Aviation Administration at the University of North Dakota from 1988 to 1993.
