Alexandra Crump (Voshage) is a Mechanical Engineer with a diverse background in the aerospace industry, currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer 2 at Textron GSE since August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Liaison Engineer for Bell Flight within the Textron Leadership Development Program, contributing to helicopter assembly and researching repairs for military aircraft. Additionally, Alexandra participated in the Manufacturing Engineer Leadership Development Program at Textron and gained practical experience as a Machine Shop Assistant at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Internship roles at Textron Systems and Textron Aviation involved design work, analysis on mechanical systems for military applications, and support for automation projects. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia, an MBA from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (expected May 2024), and has completed the CORe program at Harvard Business School Online.
