Reuben Milliner is an experienced production and project manager with a strong background in the aviation industry. Currently serving as Production Manager at Textron GSE since April 2021 and Project Manager at Bell Flight since May 2017, Reuben leads a team dedicated to customer service and effective claim processing. Prior roles include Manager of Customer Advantage Plans & Warranty at Bell Flight, where oversight of a 17-person team ensured timely customer support, and Manager of Fleet Programs at Textron Aviation, managing aftermarket support for multiple fleet customers. Reuben's earlier experience includes roles as Maintenance Manager and Quality Manager, with a proven track record of improving operational efficiencies and reducing product defects. Reuben holds an MBA from Southwestern College and a Bachelor's degree in Aviation/Airway Management and Operations from Kansas State University.
