Cash McCall, PMP, is a seasoned Site Director with expertise in managing complex aerospace and defense programs. With over 20 years of experience in executive leadership and portfolio management, Cash has effectively led teams of more than 100 members and overseen budgets exceeding $300 million. Cash's career highlights include revitalizing a $110 million aerospace program and developing pioneering processes for testing supersonic engines and extracting materials from nuclear reactors. Currently serving as Site Lead for the Defense Training and Simulation business unit at Textron Systems, Cash continues to drive innovative solutions and operational excellence in the aerospace sector. Cash holds multiple advanced degrees in aerospace and mechanical engineering from the University of Southern California and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
