Jeff Lapierre

Jeff LaPierre started their career as a Prototype Machinist at Diversified Machining in 2005. Jeff then worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Reed Machinery Inc. from 2007 to 2010, where they designed automated cold forming equipment. In 2010, they joined Test Devices - SCHENCK USA CORP. as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, managing a design team and responsible for designing and manufacturing machinery for testing high-speed rotating components. From 2017 to 2020, Jeff worked at Adcole LLC as a Principal Mechanical Engineer, managing product development and improvement projects. Currently, they are working at Textron Systems as a Principal Mechanical Engineer.

Jeff LaPierre earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2007. Jeff went on to pursue a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution, which they completed in 2008.
