Michael Funera

Michael Funera is a seasoned Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Textron Systems, where responsibilities include strategic HR support for over 350 employees in supply chain and manufacturing sectors. Michael has previously served as an HR Business Partner for Integrated Supply Chain and Finance & Accounting. Prior experiences include roles such as University Relations Specialist II and Talent Acquisition Specialist, along with experience as an Associate Buyer, overseeing the entire purchase order life cycle and managing supplier relationships. Michael began their career as a Supply Chain Intern at Lycoming Engines and holds a Bachelor's degree in Project and Supply Chain Management from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
