Ryan Schaffernocker

Ryan Schaffernocker serves as the Vice President of Sea Systems at Textron Systems, having held this position since September 2017. Prior to this role, Ryan was the Program Director at the same company. Ryan's diverse experience includes serving as VP of Operations Engineering at Lycoming Engines from June 2014 to September 2017, and holding various positions at Greenlee, a Textron Company, including Plant Manager and Project/Manufacturing Engineering Manager from August 2011 to June 2014. Ryan began a career at Rockwell Automation, where the role of Manufacturing Unit Leader was held from June 2005 to August 2011. Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, earned between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, completed in 2005.
