Amy Dillon

Amy Dillon is an accomplished professional in talent and leadership development, currently serving as Talent Development Lead at Textron since October 2019. Previously, Amy held several roles within Textron, including Manager of the Leadership Development Program and Human Resources Generalist, demonstrating a strong background in human resources and program management. Prior experience includes a position as an intern at Purdue University's Office of the Registrar and as a Talent Management Intern at Textron. Amy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategy and Organizational Management from Purdue University, completed in 2017.
