Andrew Stotts

Andrew Stotts serves as Executive Counsel and Associate General Counsel at Textron since May 2021. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Counsel at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP from June 2017 to May 2021, and prior to that was an Associate at McGuireWoods LLP from 2014 to June 2017. Andrew's early career includes serving as an Associate at Patton Boggs LLP in 2013-2014, and as a Summer Associate at both Andrews Kurth LLP and Patton Boggs LLP in 2012. Andrew also gained experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia School of Law and as a Law Intern with the Attorney General of Virginia in 2011. Andrew’s foundational experience includes working as a Cost Estimator and Budget Analyst at NASA from January 2008 to August 2009. Andrew earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2013 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, summa cum laude, from Texas A&M University in 2010.
