Caroline McCarthy, PHR, MSHRD, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Textron since October 2018, having held several roles including Sr. Manager of the HR & Finance Leadership Development Program and Human Resources Manager. Prior to this, Caroline worked at Textron Systems from July 2015 to October 2018 as a Sr. Talent Development Specialist and Human Resources Business Partner. Caroline's experience includes managing significant hiring initiatives, developing school engagement strategies, and leading university relations efforts at Textron. Earlier, Caroline was part of the Human Resources Leadership Development Program at Textron and completed an internship at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Caroline holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a degree from Boston College Carroll School of Management.
