Dana L. Goldberg

Dana Goldberg is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in corporate tax strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as the Vice President of Tax at Textron since February 2016, Dana has previously held significant roles at Caterpillar Inc. as Senior Tax Director for Global M&A and Corporate Tax, and Global International Tax Director, overseeing worldwide tax planning and strategy across multiple regions. Prior to this, Dana worked as Chief of Staff for Global Tax at Hewlett-Packard and was a Partner in the M&A Tax Practice at KPMG. Earlier career experiences include roles at Koch Industries and EY, beginning as a Tax Associate. Dana holds a degree from Wichita State University.
