Lubomir Iordanov

Lubomir Iordanov currently serves as the Director of IT Security at Textron since May 2023, previously holding the position of Director of IT Infrastructure at Textron Systems from June 2020 until April 2023. Lubomir has extensive experience in IT leadership, having worked as the Director of IT at TRU Simulation + Training, where responsibilities included the management of IT operations for a multi-national business unit, as well as strategic development in technology and talent. Prior roles include Senior Manager of IT, IT Manager, Project Manager, and Lead System Analyst at Textron Aviation, where process improvements and technology implementations were key focuses. Earlier career experiences involved consulting as a Java Developer at River Point and programming for the Kansas Department of SRS. Lubomir began the career as a Software Engineer at AIS Software, a.s. Lubomir holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Technical University Sofia.
