Sierra Serrette

Sierra Serrette began working in 2019 as an Associate Product Manager for TextUs. Sierra then worked as a Tier 3 Support Engineer, Senior Customer Experience Representative, and Customer Experience Representative for the same company. In 2018, Sierra was a Social Media Manager for Ruthies Boardwalk Social. Prior to that, in 2017, they were a Lead Concierge for Kantor and Company, where they created a website, created SEO, and supported social media outlets through the use of specific keywords. Sierra also curated a marketing calendar as facilitated by “Mailchimp” and “Facebook” ads, and managed the schedule for a busy salon and high-need clientele.

Sierra Serrette attended Front Range Community College from 2015 to 2017, where they earned an Associate of Arts - AA in English Language and Literature/Letters. Sierra then attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts - BA in English Language and Literature, General.
