Andrew King is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in business applications and database management. Currently serving as the Business Applications Manager at Teys Australia since September 2017, Andrew has previously held significant positions at The University of Queensland, where roles included Manager of Corporate Application and Database Services, Team Leader of Database Administration, and Senior Database Administrator. Earlier career experiences include Systems and Network Administrator at Boyne Smelters Limited and Software Engineer for the COMPAS Project at Rio Tinto. Andrew began a career in IT as a Factory Process Worker at Tioxide Australia Pty Ltd, following which education was completed with a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Computer Science from the University of Tasmania.
