Chris Fenner has extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving as the QA/QC Manager at Teys Australia since January 2014. In this role, Chris manages various Quality Assurance systems, ensuring compliance with HACCP, DA, Ausmeat, MSA, BRC, WQA, and customer-approved programs. Prior to this position, Chris held roles at Teys Australia from March 2000 to January 2013, including Yield Manager, where the focus was on monitoring and improving overall yield in the Boning Room, and Slaughter Floor Manager, responsible for the daily operations of a beef slaughter floor, including staffing, budget management, training, and maintenance issues.
