Julia Teys

Julia Teys is an experienced professional in workplace health and safety, currently serving as a member of the Manufacturing Industry Sector Standing Committee at the Office of Industrial Relations since February 2024. With a robust background, Julia has held the position of Group Manager Workplace Health & Safety at Teys Australia since February 2017 and previously worked as a Safety Coordinator at Ammjohn Pty. Ltd. and as a Senior Inspector at Workplace Health and Safety Queensland from 2011 to 2017. Julia's extensive knowledge of health and safety legislation is complemented by experience in educational roles, including serving as an assignment assessor at Central Queensland University.
