Jerry Skillett

Jerry Skillett serves as the Managing Director at Hudson Valley Parking Trust since January 2022, leading a prominent worldwide investor in parking operating companies. Skillett is also a Board Member at TEZ and held the role of Executive Chairman & Co-Founder at SPACES from May 2018 until January 2022. Previously, as CEO of Citizens Parking from October 2011 to April 2018, Skillett focused on parking company acquisitions. Skillett has extensive experience with Central Parking System, where as Vice President for the Western US and VP of National Business Development from 2005 to 2011, Jerry contributed to the largest parking company in the United States. As CEO of m/one inc. from 1995 to 2005, Skillett oversaw significant investments in various technology and advertising ventures. Skillett began a career in parking as a Vice President at Central Parking System from 1981 to 1995 after earning a BS in Mathematics and Business Administration from The University of Kansas in 1981.
