Joshua Henderson

Joshua Henderson is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in developing and executing technology strategies across various organizations. Since May 2025, Joshua has served as the Chief Technology Officer at TEZ Technology, leading a SaaS platform that processes over 18 million transactions annually. Previously, Joshua held the roles of Chief Technology Officer and Chief Operating Officer at Ntirety, McLane Intelligent Solutions, and Zayo Group, where Joshua drove operational efficiencies and managed significant technology portfolios. Joshua's board experience includes advisory positions at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and Stateless, as well as directorship at Cettiworks, LLC.
