Anshu Jalan

Anshu Jalan is a skilled blockchain engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently employed at Nethermind as a Blockchain Engineer since May 2024, Anshu focuses on L2 sequencing and preconfirmations. Previously, as the Lead Software Engineer at Plenty Labs from February 2022 to January 2024, Anshu led a 10-member team to successfully deploy Plenty Network, including the development of smart contracts for an automated market maker and a concentrated liquidity exchange, significantly enhancing user engagement and financial security. As a Co-Founder of Kickflow from January 2021 to April 2022, Anshu established a decentralized crowdfunding platform and created secure smart contracts to manage grants for web3 projects. Anshu's early career included a Blockchain Fellowship at Tezos in 2020, where important skills in decentralized application development were acquired. Anshu holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Heritage Institute of Technology, completed in 2021, and graduated high school in Science from St. James' School in Kolkata in 2017.
