Henry Shi

Henry Shi is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in semiconductor and telecommunications design. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Engineering at NHanced Semiconductors, Inc. since November 2016, and concurrently as Senior Manager of ASIC Physical Design at Tezzaron Semiconductor since March 2013, Henry has a robust background in ASIC/FPGA design for telecom systems, encompassing responsibilities such as architecture and selection, logical design, coding, integration, and validation. Previous roles include Staff Engineer at Tellabs, Senior Design Engineer at Frederiksen Laboratories Inc., and Electronic Design Engineer at Sun's Engineering Inc., along with foundational experience as an Electrical Engineer at Shanghai Electrical Apparatus Research Institute. Henry holds an MBA from Benedictine University, a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Akron, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
