Adlan Elmurzaev

Adlan Elmurzaev is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Technology at TF Bank AB since March 2025. Previously, Adlan held key positions at Avarda, including Interim Chief Technology Officer and Head of Engineering, where responsibilities included leading engineering talent development and enhancing secure payment services for retailers. Adlan's extensive background includes roles as a Technical Lead/Application Architect at AFRY, focusing on developing complex systems and implementing microservices, as well as experience in consulting for Scania’s Connected Services and backend development at CGI. Adlan has a strong foundation in software development with a Master of Science degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Wrocław University of Science and Technology, complemented by business education at BI Norwegian Business School.
