Joan Roeseler

Joan Roeseler is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and community service. Currently serving as a Manager at TFC Consulting, Inc. since October 2021, Joan has also owned JR Farms since 1983 and been a member of the Board of Directors for Heartland Therapeutic Riding, Inc. since 1979. Previously, Joan was a member of the Board of Directors for Pets for Life from April 2012 to August 2022 and worked as Administrator of Transit for the Missouri Department of Transportation from March 2014 to April 2021. Joan's career with the US Department of Transportation spanned over three decades, culminating in the role of Planning and Program Development Director before retiring in January 2014. Educationally, Joan holds a Master’s degree in Regional and Community Planning from Kansas State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
