As the Marketing Manager at TFC Recycling since December 2020, Jess manages marketing initiatives and communication strategies. Previous experience includes serving as the Marketing Communications Coordinator and Marketing Specialist at New Realm Brewing, where responsibilities encompassed social media management, email marketing, and event promotion. Additional roles include leadership positions at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, focusing on sponsorships and event planning. Early career experiences at Integrated Sports Marketing and other organizations involved executing marketing campaigns, event coordination, and enhancing brand visibility. Jess holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Management with a Minor in Communication from Old Dominion University.
