Regina Thompson has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, sales, and technical support. Currently serving in a Material Sales role at TFC Recycling since January 2023, Regina previously worked at CONCOA USA as a Customer Service representative from August 2021 to March 2023. Regina's prior experience at TFC Recycling includes positions as Customer Engagement Team Lead and Customer Engagement from January 2020 to August 2021. Earlier roles include Technical Support Representative at Vector Security from October 2014 to January 2020 and various managerial positions at Best Buy from October 2007 to April 2014, including Multi Channel Sales Manager, Operations Manager, and Media Supervisor. Regina holds a high school diploma from Fauquier High School, completed in 1995.
