Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at TFC Recycling since May 2013, Victoria has held various roles within the organization, including Sales and Communications Supervisor and Major Account Executive. Responsibilities encompass effective material distribution, inventory forecasting, and shipment scheduling. Prior experience includes managing a restaurant and bartending at O'Sullivan's Wharf, where Victoria oversaw over 25 employees and prepared scheduling. Victoria also served as a Substitute Teacher for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, developing lesson plans in the absence of permanent teachers. Victoria holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Old Dominion University and possesses strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and leadership skills.
