Michael Morales

Michael Morales has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Michael is currently the Executive Vice President at Raiz Federal Credit Union, a position they began in October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Vice President of Real Estate and Business Lending at the same company, starting in August 2021.

Before joining Raiz Federal Credit Union, Michael worked at WestStar Bank as the Vice President of Credit Operations from February 2014 to August 2021. Michael also held the position of Operations Manager at Strategic Lending Group from January 2013 to February 2014.

Earlier in their career, Michael gained experience as a Branch Manager at Navy Federal Credit Union from February 2009 to January 2013 and at Wells Fargo from July 2003 to January 2009.

Michael Morales completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting and Finance at The University of Texas at El Paso from 1999 to 2003. Michael then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University-San Antonio from 2011 to 2013.
