Ross Harding

Ross Harding is a seasoned operations specialist with extensive experience in nuclear safety and military leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Specialist at TFE, Inc. since December 2005, Ross previously held the role of Nuclear Safety Lead at both URS | CH2M Oak Ridge (UCOR) from 2011 to 2015 and Bechtel Jacobs from 2005 to 2011. Early career experiences include various positions at the Y-12 National Security Complex between 1995 and 2001, along with serving as Skipper of USS Alexander Hamilton from 1989 to 1992. Ross's naval background includes roles such as PCO and XO on Navy vessels. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Oceanography, Chemical and Physical, and Physics from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Finance and Financial Management Services from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
