Zamaneh Mikhak

Zamaneh Mikhak, MD, currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at TFF Pharmaceuticals, Inc., having assumed the role in January 2023. Previously, Zamaneh held prominent positions such as Senior Vice President and Head of Clinical Development at Cogent Biosciences, and Vice President of Clinical Development at Boston Pharmaceuticals. Notably, during tenure at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, Zamaneh led the clinical development of Vixarelimab, successfully advancing the program from pre-clinical stages into Phase 2 studies across multiple indications. Zamaneh's experience also includes serving as a Director of Translational Medicine and Early Development at Sanofi Genzyme, and academic roles at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Medicine from the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Boston University.
