Kristen H. Long is an accomplished grants and environmental specialist with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Grants Principal at TFG since May 2022, Kristen has previously held positions as Grants Project Manager and Grants Analyst. At Taylor Research Group, Kristen specialized in environmental research, aiding clients with regulatory compliance and liability assessments. Prior roles at Cardno, now Stantec, included grant writing for brownfield projects, while contributions at the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control involved negotiating environmental cleanup contracts and conducting risk assessments. Kristen began a career in groundwater research as a Visiting Academic Researcher at the University of Glasgow. Educational credentials include a Master of Earth and Environmental Resources Management from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Whitman College.
