Thateng Shimange

Thateng Shimange is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the retail sector. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Business for EXACT at TFG (The Foschini Group) since February 2022, Thateng has previously held the position of General Manager for Buying in Fashion, Beauty, and Home at Woolworths from December 2004 to December 2018. Educationally, Thateng holds a Bachelor of Administration degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Pretoria, completed a General Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2014, and obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Futures Studies from Stellenbosch Business School in 2021.
