Ryan Lynn

Ryan Lynn currently serves as the Vice President of Residential and Treatment Services at TFI, Inc. since November 2022, after previously holding the position of Residential Administrator. From August 2018 to November 2022, Ryan Lynn worked as a SPED Teacher at Burkburnett ISD. Prior to that, from September 2006 to September 2018, Ryan Lynn was involved with Cal Farley's as a Rodeo Coach and in Equine Therapy, where responsibilities included educating individuals in equine horsemanship, facilitating therapy activities, and coordinating training for therapeutic techniques. Ryan Lynn started the career as a Supervisor, overseeing direct care staff and developing their skills, and served as a Caseworker managing caseloads of adolescents and maintaining family communication. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Midwestern State University.
