Tabitha Gibson

Tabitha Gibson, LMSW, currently serves as Senior Vice President at TFI, Inc. since October 2023. Prior to this role, Tabitha held the position of Vice President of Permanency Services at TFI Family Services from April 2019 to November 2023. Tabitha's extensive experience includes leadership as Director of Behavioral Health and Addiction Treatment Services at the Community Health Center of SEK and Executive Director at the Children's Advocacy Center, Inc. from January 2014 to May 2017, where responsibilities encompassed operations management, program development, policy implementation, and conducting forensic interviews. Tabitha’s career began at TFI Family Services with various roles, including Recruitment Director, followed by experience in Child Protective Services at the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Social Work from The University of Kansas, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Pittsburg State University, and an Associate of Arts degree from Coffeyville Community College.
