Tom McLaughlin

Tom McLaughlin has a diverse work experience in the risk management and claims field. Tom started their career as a Senior Claims Representative at Anderson Trucking Service in 1998. Tom then moved on to Lincoln General Insurance Company in 2008, where they worked as a Senior Claims Specialist. In 1999, they joined US Xpress Enterprises Inc as a Director of Claims, a position they held until 2008. In 2010, they became the Director of Claims at Transport America, and at the same time, they also served as the Senior Director of Risk Management and Claims at TFI International Inc. Since 2018, Tom has been the Director of Risk Management and Claims at Transport Corporation of America and CFI, where they are responsible for overseeing all auto, general liability, workers comp, and cargo claims, as well as risk management functions.

Tom McLaughlin attended Dakota County Technical College from 1981 to 1982, where they obtained an Occupational Proficiency degree in the field of Truck and Bus Driver/Commercial Vehicle Operator and Instructor.
