Caleb Overman currently serves as the Senior Director of Data & Analytics at TFL, a position held since May 2025. Prior to this role, Overman spent nearly nine years at FanThreeSixty, progressing from Lead Data Scientist to Director of Data Science, Data Engineering, and Data Strategy. Overman’s earlier experience includes roles at Hallmark Cards, where responsibilities included Data Scientist and Insights and Analytics Manager, and Sporting Innovations as Product Lead for Data Sciences and Integrations. Additional experience includes an internship at the Institute for Defense Analyses and a Software Engineer position at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems. Overman holds an MBA in Quantitative Analysis, Economics, and Marketing from Carnegie Mellon University's Tepper School of Business, along with a BS in Mathematics from Carnegie Mellon University.
