Phillip Houston is a Civil Project Engineer at TFMoran since June 2019, with a robust history in civil engineering roles. Prior positions include Civil Engineer at Fieldstone Land Consultants, PLLC from September 2015 to June 2019, and as a Civil Engineer at both Howard Stein Hudson and Fieldstone Land Consultants in earlier years. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Syracuse University, obtained in 2013, Phillip has a wealth of experience in surveying, site planning, and construction. Additional roles in construction and internships reflect a strong foundation in practical skills, project management, and engineering processes.
