Don Winter

Don Winter has a strong background in finance and management, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Don started their career at UPS in 1989 as a Package Driver before moving up through various finance roles, including Finance & Accounting Supervisor, Consultant, Senior Consultant, and Finance Manager. In 2006, they took on a special assignment before becoming a Senior Finance Manager at UPS Freight in 2008. Don recently completed a significant project to revamp the company's internal costing process. In 2021, Don joined TForce Freight as a Senior Finance Manager and quickly progressed to become the Director of Finance in 2023.

Don Winter completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia from 1985 to 1989. Don then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Strayer University, which they completed from 1999 to 2001. Don Winter also holds a certification in MBA.
