Karen Harmon

Karen Harmon's work experience includes the following positions:

1. Head Of Information Technology at TForce Freight (formerly UPS Freight) since 2020. In this role, they lead the IT department, implementing innovative technologies and driving business and customer experience improvements.

2. Advisory Board Member at the Society for Information Management since 2014.

3. VP IT at XPO Logistics, Inc. from 2015 to 2019. In this role, they were responsible for client and account management for multiple omni-channel retail customers, developed a PMO organization for the Infrastructure team, and successfully executed a strategic plan and data center migration for 200 warehouse sites after an acquisition.

Karen Harmon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Tennessee Temple University. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute and as a Qualified Technology Expert (QTE 501) for Boardroom Readiness from the Digital Directors Network.
