Susan Vafiadis

Susan Vafiadis is a seasoned sales training and operations manager with extensive experience in the freight industry. Currently serving as the Manager of Sales Training at TForce Freight since May 2021, Susan specializes in training freight sales professionals and enhancing operational processes. Prior experience includes a long tenure at UPS Freight, where roles spanned from Manager of Sales Operations and Training to Sales Training Specialist, focusing on training and supporting sales teams. Beginning career at Overnite Transportation Co as an Inside Sales Team Leader, Susan developed strong managerial skills in training and supervision. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Virginia, along with an Associate degree in Science from Rappahannock Community College.
