Cora Wong Shaw

Cora Wong Shaw has over 15 years of experience in customer service and administration, currently serving as Administration Manager at TForce Integrated Solutions since October 2007, where responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, complaints, billing questions, and service requests, as well as handling conflict situations. Prior to this role, Cora worked as a Collections Officer at CBV Collection Services Ltd from April 2005 to October 2007, focusing on collections for banks and mobility accounts in British Columbia and Alberta.
