Elke Joan Peeters

Elke Joan Peeters has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. Elke Joan began as an intern at the Department of Cognitive Neuroscience at UMC St Radboud, conducting research on the long-term effects of Prozac use during pregnancy. In 2011, they became a Student Mentor at Radboud University Nijmegen. That same year, they also interned at the Department of Pediatric Oncology at UMC St Radboud, studying B- and T-cell differentiation in acute lymphoblastic leukemia.

From 2013 onwards, Elke worked at TFS HealthScience - a Contract Research Organization. Elke Joan started their career as a Clinical Research Associate, responsible for managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with protocols. Elke Joan was later promoted to Senior Clinical Research Associate and then to Lead Clinical Research Associate, where they took on additional responsibilities in trial coordination and oversight. In 2019, Elke became a Clinical Research Manager, providing leadership and guidance to a team of research associates. Their most recent role at TFS HealthScience is Senior Clinical Research Manager, which they took up in October 2020.

Elke Joan Peeters completed their Master's degree in Medical Biology from Radboud University from 2010 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in (Medical) Biology from Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen / University of Nijmegen, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
