Rainer Vogel

Rainer Vogel has over 28 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on clinical research. Rainer has held various roles at multiple companies.

At TFS - Clinical Contract Research Organization, Rainer served as a Senior Clinical Research Associate from April 2016 to June 2018. Rainer then advanced to become a Lead CRA from July 2018 to February 2019. Since March 2019, they have been serving as a Clinical Research Manager.

Prior to their time at TFS, Rainer worked at Lundbeck for 17 years. Rainer started as a Clinical Research Associate in 1999 and later transitioned to roles such as Study Processes & Training Manager and Clinical Competence & Training Manager. Rainer worked at Lundbeck until March 2016.

Before joining Lundbeck, Rainer worked at Amgen as a Clinical Research Associate from 1997 to 1998. Rainer also worked at Smithkline Beecham as a Clinical Research Associate from 1992 to 1997.

Rainer Vogel has demonstrated a long-standing commitment to clinical research and has gained extensive experience in various roles throughout their career.

Rainer Vogel has a diverse educational background. Rainer started their education journey by obtaining a degree in Bankkaufmann (Banker) from Bayerische Hypotheken- und Wechsel-Bank Nürnberg in 1988. Following this, from 1989 to 1992, they attended Schule für Medizinische Dokumentation Ulm (School for Medical Data Administration at Ulm) and earned a degree as a Medizinischer Dokumentar (Health Data Administrator).

In 2005, Rainer pursued further education by attending IHK Nürnberg / Nuremberg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, where they obtained a degree as a Fachwirt im Sozial- und Gesundheitswesen (Business administrator in social services and health care) in 2007.

Continuing their educational journey, Rainer attended FernUniversität in Hagen in 2011 and earned a degree as an eTrainer. Finally, in 2013-2014, they completed a Clinical Research Training Manager Accreditation from the International Academy of Clinical Research, UK.
